I am the mom of 4 fabulous kids who keep my life interesting.

In case you are wondering why I called this blog "Raising Tomatoes", it comes from a conversation I had with Ben a couple of years ago. He and I were discussing what we should call Baby Sister when she gets here. He got this really thoughtful look on his face and said, "Hmm, I think we should name her 'Tomato' because that's my favorite food." Since both of my big boys love tomatoes, I started thinking of my kids with this little affectionate term. And thankfully we didn't name her Tomato:)

Thursday, 4/5 - Fly to China
Friday, 4/6 - Arrive in Beijing
Saturday, 4/7 - Tour Great Wall, TianAnMen Square, Forbidden City
Sunday, 4/8 - Fly to Nanjing
Monday, 4/9 - Meet and get custody of Jack
Tuesday, 4/10 - Finalize adoption; Take train to Suzhou
Wednesday, 4/11 - Visit SWI
Thursday, 4/12 - Tour in Suzhou; Return to Nanjing in evening by train
Friday, 4/13 - Pick up Jack's paperwork and fly to Guangzhou
Saturday, 4/14 - Medical appointment
Sunday, 4/15 - Church on ShaMian Island
Monday, 4/16 - Consulate appointment
Tuesday, 4/17 - Leave for Hong Kong via bus
Wednesday, 4/18 - Fly home
